Apply for a visa well in advance of your planned travel dates. The application process is time-consuming and can take up to two months to be processed. Make sure that all required documentation is submitted with your application.

If you are travelling as part of a group, each member of the group must have their own passport and visa application. You cannot obtain a combined visa for yourself and your group members through the same application process.

It is important to note that if you are travelling as part of a study program, your school must notify the Canadian Embassy in Athens or Bucharest about your trip at least six weeks in advance.

How to Apply for a Canadian Visa

If you are a citizen of Greece or Romania and you want to visit Canada, you need to apply for a visa. The process of applying for a Canadian visa can be divided into three steps: CANADA VISA FOR ROMANIAN CITIZENS

  1. Apply online. You can apply online using the Government of Canada’s website. The website has detailed instructions on how to complete the application form. The website also provides information on the types of visas available, the required documentation, and the processing time for different types of applications.
  2. Applying by mail. If you do not have access to the internet, or if you would like to submit more than one application at a time, you can apply by mail using the application forms that are provided with your visa invitation letter from the Government of Canada. These forms must be completed and submitted with all required documents (including a completed visa application form) to the nearest Canadian embassy or consulate office. Note that applications submitted by mail may take up to two months longer to process than applications processed online.
  3. Applying in person at a Canadian embassy or consulate office abroad. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a visa or ESTA application, citizens of Greece and Romania must meet the following requirements:

-Be a citizen of Greece or Romania

-Possess a valid passport or travel document that is valid for at least 6 months after your intended departure from Canada

-Not have any criminal record in either country

-Not have been refused entry to Canada within the past six months

– not be a threat to public safety

Applicants from Countries with Electronic Travel Authority (ETA)

If you are a citizen of one of the countries listed below, you can use a visa-free or Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) to visit Canada for up to six months.

The list of countries is subject to change. If your country is not on the list, you may be able to obtain a visa through other means. For example, if you are a citizen of France and you want to visit Canada for tourist purposes, you may be able to apply for a tourist visa. Proof of Travel Plans

If you are planning to visit Canada, you will need a visa. For citizens of Greece and Romania, this can be obtained through the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) application process.

To apply for an ETA, you will need to provide your passport information, including your date of birth and photograph. You will also need to provide information about your travel plans, including the dates of your stay and the address or location where you will be staying in Canada.

Once you have completed the ETA application form, you will need to send it to the Canadian government through the post. It is important to remember that all applications must be submitted at least six months in advance of your planned travel date.

If all goes well, after receiving your ETA approval letter from the Canadian government, you will be able to visit Canada without having to obtain a visa. However, make sure that you know the requirements for visiting Canada as some visas are required for certain types oftravel.

Application Fee

If you are a Greek citizen or a Romanian citizen and plan to visit Canada for tourism, business, study or work, you will need to apply for a visa before travelling. A visa application fee must be paid when submitting an application. The fee is $60 for a single-entry visa and $120 for a multiple-entry visa. If your nationality is not listed below, you may also need to pay an ESTA application fee of $14.

To apply for a Canadian visa, you must first obtain a completed Visa Application Form from the Canadian Embassy or Consulate where you reside. You can get the form from your local post office, online at, or by calling the Canada Border Services Agency at 1-800-461-9999. The form must be filled out in full and include your passport photo page and two recent passport size photos.

If you’re travelling to Canada, be sure to have your passport and visa ready. Greek citizens are required to have a valid ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) prior to travelling to Canada. In addition, Romanian citizens must also apply for a VISA at a Canadian embassy or consulate before travelling to Canada. Both Greece and Romania require that their citizens have proof of insurance coverage before travel. If you don’t have either of these documents, you may be able to get temporary residence permits until you can get them.
