How to Apply for Canada Visa

South Koreans who are Permanent Residents of Canada can apply for a tourist visa. This visa allows you to stay in Canada for up to six months without having to undergo a medical examination or spend any money. You can apply for this visa at the Canadian Embassy in Seoul, or at any Canadian Visa Office abroad.
If you are not a Permanent Resident of Canada, but you are travelling to Canada as part of an organized tour group, you may be able to apply for a student visa. This type of visa allows you to study in Canada for up to one year, and it does not require any documentation other than your passport. To apply for this type of visa, you will need to visit the Canadian Visa Office in Seoul, or any other Canadian Visa Office abroad.
Visas for South Korean Citizens and Israeli Citizens
If you’re a South Korean citizen or an Israeli citizen, you can apply for a visa to visit Canada.
To be eligible for a visa, both citizens must meet the following requirements:
-Be a national of South Korea or Israel
-Possess a valid passport and visa application form
-Have enough money to support yourself while in Canada
When applying for a visa, both citizens will need to provide the following documents:
-Passport photo page containing a recent photograph
-Proof of citizenship (if not South Korean or Israeli) such as your birth certificate or ID card
-Application fee payment (C$60 for citizens of South Korea and C$140 for citizens of Israel)
