Beginning this year, Canadians can apply for a 30-day visa on Oktoberfest days. The visa is available at all Canadian embassies and consulates in Germany. The visa allows tourists to visit the country for up to 30 days and enjoy all the festivities that go along with Oktoberfest.
How to apply for a Canadian visa during Oktoberfest
If you’re looking to get a taste of Oktoberfest in Canada, now is the time! The Canadian government has announced that starting on September 30th, Canadians can apply for a -day visa on Oktoberfest days. This means that if you’re visiting Germany during one of the five official Oktoberfest celebrations (September 23-October 5), you can apply online and get your visa in just a few minutes.
The good news doesn’t stop there though! If you’re planning on travelling to one of the other 16 German states during the fest, you can also apply for a -day visa. So whether you’re looking to party in Munich or explore Würzburg, Oktoberfest is definitely worth considering for your travel plans this year.
What are the requirements for a Canadian visa?

What are the benefits of a Canadian visa?
