What is a Visa?
A visa is an entry permit that allows a person to enter, stay in, or transit through a country. There are many different types of visas, each with their own set of requirements. For example, a tourist visa allows someone to visit a country for tourism purposes, while a business visa allows someone to conduct business activities in a country. INDIAN VISA FOR PORTUGUESE CITIZENS
Some countries require all visitors to have a visa, while others only require it for certain nationalities or purpose of travel. For example, US citizens do not need a visa to visit most European countries, but they do need one to visit Russia.
Visa requirements can also vary depending on how long you plan to stay in a country. For instance, many countries allow travelers with tourist visas to stay for up to 90 days, after which they must either leave the country or apply for another type of visa.
The Types of Visa
There are several types of visas that are available for Indian citizens. The most common type is the tourist visa, which allows you to stay in India for up to six months. If you want to stay longer, you can apply for a business visa, which allows you to stay for up to one year. There are also student visas and work visas, which allow you to stay in India for extended periods of time.
